As proclaimed Phone Arena, the Helio X30 will bring together 10 core processors, but there are differences in the types of cores used. If the rumors are true, then Helio X30 will have a quad-core Cortex-A72 which has a maximum clock speed of 2.5 GHz to handle the heavy tasks. Additionally there is a dual core Cortex-A72 with clockspeed 2.0 GHz, dual-core Cortex-A53 with 1.5 GHz clock spedd, as well as dual-core Cortex-A35 with a maximum clock speed to 1.0 GHz.
