Several times lately, widely heard the news; that Google intends to combine Chrome OS and Android become a universal new OS. The rumor stems from the Wall Street Journal a while ago, but the news was immediately denied by Google through its official blog.
through its official blog, Google denied if they have the intention of incorporating both their own operating systems into a single operating system that has universal characteristics such as Microsoft's Windows 10 is capable of running either on a PC, laptop, Smartphone, until the smart bracelet though.
Google clarified the news and explain that they are indeed working to bring Chrome OS and Android are closer together. But not to combine the two operating systems into the new OS.
"While we have worked out how to bring together the best of both operating systems, there are no plans to abolish the Chrome OS," wrote Android SVP Hiroshi Lockheimer quoted Digitalspy, Tuesday (03/11/2015).
While the news circulated earlier, Chrome OS is predicted will be united with the green robot operating system, so the user PCs and laptops can access the Google Play Store and install millions of Android to PCs and laptops.
Google also clarified about the future Chromebook, they say they will remain THAT release operating system updates that would bring a better renewal in 2016.
